All products offer several ways of viewing and analysing the banking information. These meet the different needs of the many different users within a bank.
- Websheets - these provide specific views of information over the web to meet specific user or management needs. Some are provided, but these can easily be created by the bank, whenever required. Click here for examples.
- TM1 Web - This is likely to be suitable for most general users. It provides a web-based interface to all business data (cubes) with their default views, and any additional applications. It allows all bank staff to view the information, perform your own analysis, create new views and graphs and also to export as PDF or Excel. Click here for examples.
- TM1 Architect - This provides access to the same business data, views and applications as TM1 Web but offers more features likely to be suitable for advanced or power users. Developers and administrators would also use this.
- TM1 Executive Viewer - This is typically for management and users who wish to analyse information and create sophisticated views, reports and graphs i.e. it offers a 'self-service' capability completely avoiding the need to rely on IT or others. In particular, it allows additional information to be calculated and included in the analysis and views etc. Click here for examples.
The bank can easily customise all interfaces to:
- ensure that each user, group or department has access to the information they need
- provide the required security to the information.
